Producers may upload and sell beats and sound banks. Buyers may purchase licenses for use. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Producers retain ownership of their uploaded content. Buyers receive a license as specified at the time of purchase.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not upload copyrighted material they do not own, engage in fraudulent transactions, or harass other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Beats is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
